Both are available. We match the format, one-on-one outings or group activities, to what actually suits you rather than defaulting to one or the other.

How quickly can support start?

Most participants move from first contact to first shift within a couple of weeks. We respond to enquiries within one business day and don't use long forms or high-pressure sign-ups.

Can I keep the same support worker over time?

Yes, we assign two or three regular workers per participant rather than a rotating roster, and match on personality, language, and gender preference from the start.
