Work With Seareal

Disability work, done properly.

We hire on values and attitude first, qualifications second. If you have the right approach to people, we'll help you get the rest. Open roles across all five Queensland regions.

Why work at Seareal

What we commit to.

Disability work isn't for everyone. The hours can be early, the work is personal, and it asks for real patience. We try to make the experience of working here match the standards we set for our participants.

Consistent hours

Stable, recurring rosters rather than constantly shifting patterns. We assign a small number of regular participants per worker so you build genuine working relationships.

Fair pay, no shortcuts

SCHADS Award rates with all entitlements. Penalty rates, paid travel between clients where applicable, and superannuation paid correctly.

Real backup

Local coordinators on call when situations get difficult. Documented processes for incidents, behaviour support and complaints so you know what to do.

Paid training

Mandatory onboarding plus ongoing development in manual handling, medication support, behaviour support, and complex care. All training is paid time.

A real say

Workers are part of conversations about participants — not the last link in a chain of decisions made by people who've never met the person.

Stay local

Work in your community, with your neighbours. Five Queensland regions — Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast.
